Mindy manages the day-to-day operations of the association headquarters located in North Carolina.
The bulk of Mindy's career has been focused around the development of new businesses, hiring the right people and training them on the importance of stellar customer service. With over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and PR, she brings a fresh perspective to the association. Mindy received a BA in Psychology from the University of Louisville.

Katharine is an award-winning author, motivational speaker and the world’s leading concierge trainer and consultant as well as a Certified Concierge Specialist (CCS) and Speaker. She is one of the founders of Triangle Concierge and Triangle International as well as ICLMA's Chairman of the Board and Founder.
Katharine is the author of several business books including her award winning book Going Above and Beyond and The Concierge Manual.
Like the rest of the board of directors, Katharine is a volunteer.
